CARE, COMFORT & COMPANIONSHIP
Our home services can provide additional support for those who qualify. Services can include personal care, cleaning, meal prepping, bathing, laundry, and running errands.

HOME SERVICES & PROGRAMS
ADVANTAGE PROGRAM
The ADvantage Waiver Program is for adults over 21 who have physical disabilities without intellectual disabilities/cognitive impairments. Paid for by Medicaid ADvantage Waiver
VETERANS PROGRAM
The Veterans Homemaker Program provides in-home care and assistance with activities of daily living. Paid for by Veterans Administration
MEDICALLY FRAGILE PROGRAM
The Medically Fragile Program allows eligible recipients access to services at home, rather than in a hospital or skilled nursing unit. Paid for by Medicaid
LIVING CHOICE PROGRAM
The Living Choice Program, or Money Follows the Person, is a federal program designed to transition individuals with disabilities/long-term illnesses from institutions back into their homes in the community. The Living Choice Project is Oklahoma’s name for the MFP grant.
