Home Health RN Case Manager

  • Oklahoma City 

  • Stillwater both part time and full time

  • Enid branch traveling Hennessey, Fairview, Okeene, and surrounding areas 

 

Home Health LPN

  • Oklahoma City 

  • Stillwater branch including Ponca City area

  • Enid branch traveling Hennessey, Fairview, Okeene, and surrounding areas

 

Home Health RN

  • Stillwater branch (full-time and part-time)

  • Lawton Branch weekends available and full time in western Oklahoma to include Elk City, Hydro, Hinton, Weatherford and surrounding areas

 

Home Health LPN

  • Lawton branch weekends available and full time in western Oklahoma to include Elk City, Hydro, Hinton, Weatherford and surrounding areas

* Employee Referral Bonus *

Employees who refer a candidate for a full-time position are eligible for a $2,000 referral bonus. The first $1,000 will be paid after 90 days of employment, provided the referred employee remains actively employed. The remaining $1,000 will be paid at 6 months, contingent upon continued employment.

Eligible Positions Include: RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, OTA, ST, LPC, LCSW, and LADC.
