Celebrating CNA Week: Honoring the Heart of In-Home Care

Every June, we take time to recognize the incredible work of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) across the country—and at CompleteOK, we have many reasons to celebrate. Our CNAs are the foundation of the compassionate, hands-on care we provide across all our service lines, from Home Services and Home Health to Hospice. This CNA Week, we're spotlighting the vital role our CNAs play and why they are a valued and supported part of the CompleteOK family.

This CNA Week, CompleteOK honors the vital role of Certified Nursing Assistants across home services, home health, and hospice care. Learn how our CNAs make a difference—and how you can join our team in Oklahoma. CompleteOK Loves CNAs

Home Services – Veterans Program & More

In our Home Services division, CNAs work with clients through programs such as the Veterans Administration and others. They assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping—helping clients remain safe and independent at home. Through our Private Pay program, CNAs and/or PCAs provide valuable companionship and homemaking services, offering families peace of mind and personal connection.

Home Health – Recovery, Disease Management, and Facility Support

CNAs play a crucial role in Home Health by working alongside our RNs and LPNs to support patients recovering from surgery, illness, or managing chronic conditions. Whether helping with personal hygiene or mobility, their contributions are essential to improving quality of life.

Many of our CNAs also serve in independent and assisted living communities, providing additional care to residents who need extra support. They work closely with facility teams to ensure residents receive consistent care, bridging the gap between facility services and individualized attention. This unique collaboration extends CompleteOK’s reach and impact, making CNAs a trusted presence in these settings.

Hospice – Compassionate End-of-Life Support

In Hospice Care, CNAs are a steady and comforting presence for patients and their families. They assist with personal care, help maintain dignity, and support comfort during the this journey. Their work is grounded in empathy, respect, and reliability—often becoming trusted companions. Hospice CNAs provide care wherever the patient calls home, including private residences and care facilities.

Why CNAs Love Working at CompleteOK During CNA Week & Every Day
